COVID-19 and Cabins and River Activities

April 1–the first case in Page county, VA. March 30–we are closing the cabins from April 1st to April 30th.–by order of our County government. We plan to look at the situation every two weeks. Check our facebook page  for more information as we go along. March 29–Now we wait. Still no known cases in Luray/Page co. Update for March 25, 2020 Our cabins are still open and we have open dates. Just check the availability calendars We have been asked about our cleaning procedures. We follow CDC standards as they apply to the cabins.

In our effort for safety our cleaning crew and our guests–we leave a cabin closed for 48 hr after a guest checks  out.  The crew then goes in with Lysol spray and spray the cabin. They close it up for1 to 2 hr before going back in to clean all surfaces with Clorox wipes, clorox the floors, spray all furniture, beds and curtains and wipe the handles as we leave.  The hot tubs are wiped down along with the stair handrails.

We are asking all guests to bring their own towels, bed linens, bedspreads and pillows.

Stay safe and healthy and see you soon.

March 19, 2020 For the Cabin Reservations: We are still welcoming guests. For the safety of our guests and for our staff who clean the cabins: We are spraying disinfectant on all the surfaces, and wiping down surfaces with Clorox wipes and sprays. We ask that you check in after 4 PM and check out by 10 AM which gives us more time for cleaning. For your safety, we feel you should bring your own blankets and pillows along with your linens and towels because the spray doesn’t completely get into the fabric. Please let us know if you come in contact with anyone with the virus or develop symptoms once you return home please let us know for our staff’s safety. If you are uncomfortable traveling, we will be happy to offer a raincheck for a future visit. For now, be safe, healthy and wash your hands! Come out to where you can still enjoy the mountains and the river. Bring your fishing pole! Thank you, The staff and owners
